Summit Against Domestic Violence On October 29, the CBA, joined by the ISBA, WBAI, DCBA, and the WINGS program, will bring together stakeholders from law enforcement, the legal system, and social service agencies to discuss how the legal community can make a differ ence and support survivors of domestic violence.
