GENERAL INFORMATION

WHILE YOU’RE AT CAMX Attire: We want you to be comfortable while you’re at CAMX. The o cial dress is business casual. Make sure to wear layers or bring a jacket as session rooms can be cool. Download the CAMX App: The CAMX app is an on-site guide in the palm of your hand. Search the Apple Store or Google Play for “CAMX 2025” to download the app onto your mobile device so you can stay up to date on the latest developments and happenings. Features include: • Facility and exhibit hall maps • Access to MyCAMX • Select conference program sessions

Water Bottle Fill Stations: Refill your reusable bottle with filtered water at one of the many drinking fountains/fill stations throughout the building. Wireless Access: Complimentary internet is o ered free of charge and is available in all public spaces. Bag/Coat Check: A Bag/Coat Check is located near Registration in Lobby C. Coat check is available on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. A small fee of $4 is required to utilize this service. Visit the main registration area for full details. Lost & Found: Misplaced items may be turned in at CAMX registration. These will be kept at the CAMX registration area until the conclusion of the event, at which time they will be turned over to the OCCC. Business Center: FedEx O ce is the full-service business center, located in the West Concourse, near Hall C and Registration. FedEx O ce o ers many services to meet your convention and exhibiting needs with ultra-quick turnaround. Safety, Security and Emergency Information: For major medical emergencies, please call 911 and mention your location. For minor medical emergencies, small cuts or other issues please see the First Aid O ce near Registration. To report any security or safety issues, please visit the CAMX security o ce near Registration, or for immediate attention call OCCC Security Command Center: 407-685-1119 Smoking: The convention center is a non-smoking facility. By state law, and in the interest of public health, the convention center has adopted a non-smoking policy. There are designated areas outside the building where smoking and vaping are permitted.
