WHEN YOU ARRIVE Registration

ACCESSIBILITY AND INCLUSIVITY Dietary Requirements: If you have specific dietary requirements and did not indicate this on your registration form, please inform the registration desk. Check with your server for information on specific ingredients and be sure to inform them of any requirements. Also note that the concession stands in the food court area o er products to meet a variety of dietary needs. Mother’s Lounge: Level 2, West Hall C Lobby, to the right of the Citrus Café (Food Court C) Inclusive Restroom: OCCC has one Companion Restroom in the building located in E/F Lobby. Cashless Building: The OCCC is cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For the convenience of visitors, there are ATMs located in each lobby of the North, South and West concourses.

Registration for attendees and exhibitors is located in the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Lobby C (Level 2). Attendees and exhibitors may pick up their badges and registration materials as well as purchase additional tickets to networking events and programming sessions, change their registration or purchase the conference proceedings. Lost badges will be reprinted once at no charge and a photo ID is required for all badge reprinting. A $30 charge will be applied to badges reprinted more than once.

Mobility Services: The OCCC has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and accessible restrooms for those who need them. Scooter and wheelchair rental services are provided by Scootaround. Through the on-site rental location, guests can rent mobility scooters and wheelchairs for events held at the convention center. Please note: Advance reservations are encouraged for a scooter or wheelchair rental by visiting the Scootaround website. Please call 1-888-441-7575 for more

information. Pick-up and drop-o locations for scooters and wheelchairs are located at the FedEx O ce Business Centers in the respective concourses.
