[MAKING GAINS] Rudder Powerlifting could feature multiple State qualifiers this winter What’s making this sport popular is the work-ethic that the kids develop as a result. It’s not like most team sports, because you’ve got to really commit to lifting weights in order to see your personal gains, both physically and mentally. The overall size of the team has grown outrageously and I hope to see more of that as we continue to work towards reaching State.
