[TO THE MAX] Appeal of Bryan Powerlifting program continues to grow

We have an awesome teamwork mentality. We all support each other, and that’s what makes it a really fun environment to work in. There’s a lot of fun that goes into this sport, but the fact that we still push each other defines us as a team. I was drawn into powerlifting by some friends who were on the team. I never felt like an outcast and was treated as a member from Day 1.

We do have fun while practicing, but we have that mentality where we never stop trying to improve. Growing up on the bigger side, I’ve always worked on staying in shape. I got into this sport around seventh grade and I love the way it pushes me to be better.
