Brave Enough To Be Bliss
of life, so I could share this story which may help keep other people alive. All I know is that it is our charge to listen to the prompts, to listen to each other, to help each other, to rescue each other when we don’t have the strength to carry on by ourselves. And for those of us who are hurting it is our responsibility to receive the help, even when it makes us mad, even when we want the pill bottles and want to die. When we are trusted to stay alive, we have to dig deep and receive all the love and care that is being offered and stay alive through the pain and then it is our charge to do the same for someone else when they need it. We have to find the purpose in the pain or life is simply meaningless and overwhelming. God doesn’t cause the pain, He doesn’t even want the pain, but He is there in the pain if only we will look to Him. If only we will accept the army of people around us, the army He has sent to rescue us. Love is how we save ourselves and save each other. Love is all that makes sense in this world of pain. Love can overcome any obstacle if only we will believe in it, receive it and most of all give it without hesitation, without explanation, when it doesn’t make sense, when it isn’t deserved, that’s when it’s most needed. We are here to rescue each other. Don’t miss the opportunity. Listen. And wherever you can help, do that. “The kindest people are not born that way, they are made. They are the souls that have experienced much at the hands of life. They are the ones who have dug themselves out of the dark, who have fought to turn every loss into a lesson. The kindest people do not just exist, they choose to soften where circumstance has tried to harden them. They choose to believe in goodness because they have seen firsthand why compassion is so necessary. They have seen firsthand why tenderness is so important in this world.” Bianca Sparacino Resources ▪ Ted Lasso Lovers | “Believe that you matter.” - Ted Lasso.… | Instagram ▪ Alpha Motivation | When @deionsanders surrendered ⚡️ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #inspirational #inspiration #motivationalquotes… | Instagram ▪ Dr. Andy Yarborough | Licensed Clinical Psychologist (@mywellco.life) • Instagram photos and videos ▪ Free Online Class (SC) - Meditation 2.0 (evolvingwisdom.com) ▪ Whole-ness — Ginger Rothhaas ▪ Entire message begins at 37:20, but particular excerpt encouraged to watch is at 1:03:15 Modern Worship | February 24, 2024 | Resurrection Online (youtube.com) ▪ Shawn Johnson | Could you allow yourself to be loved today? He knows what we’ve done, even the things that haunt us and make us want to hide. He knows about our mistakes, our loneliness, our fears. He stands before us every minute of every day offering us living water to satisfy all our thirsts for love, and peace, and forgiveness. He can make us shine and be excited to tell others what he’s done for us. He can transform other people because of the way we celebrate and talk about what he’s done for us.” “ Of course, showing ourselves as redeemed sinners means we have to open up and admit to ourselves and others that we aren’t perfect. We have to admit how much we need Jesus, if we are to show others how much Jesus wants to heal them, too. We’ll have to show them our real selv es, worshipping God in spirit and truth. When we do, then we’ll see the promises of peace and love and redemption spread.”
