Steve Selinsky has joined Zenith American Solutions as senior vice president of business development. Zenith American Solutions is the largest independent third-party adminis trator for Taft Hartley and multiemployer groups in the United States and currently operates over 47 offices nationwide. Integrity Marketing Group recently an nounced that Tess Grace will become

president of Integrity’s life insurance division called Integrity Life. With more than 30 years of extensive industry experience, Grace will oversee Integrity’s life-insurance efforts and will work closely with Integrity’s partners and members of the executive leadership team. For over 15 years, Grace has been a well-respected and trusted leader at Mutual of Omaha, most recently serving as senior vice president of brokerage sales. In this role, she was responsible for managing all life, long-term care and annu ity products as well as building and maintaining brokerage relationships. She successfully led a broad and diverse team in developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve producer experiences and strengthen business operations. Grace was instrumental in significantly expand ing their life sales, with growth of more than 500% since being appointed in her latest role. Additionally, she oversaw strategy and implementation of 2023 campaigns forecasted to bring in more than $900 million in life, health and annuity product sales.

Paige Phillips was recognized as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama’s top producer for 2023, as well as being in the “500 club” with over 500 clients on Blue Cross. Paige has been an independent life and health agent for over 25 years. She served as president for both the Alabama AHU and Birmingham AHU, and she served as regional vice

president on NABIP’s Board of Trustees. Paige is a recipient of the NAHU Distinguished Service Award and Presidential Citation, and is Lifetime Qualifier of the Leading Producers Round Table.

Gravie recently announced the hiring of Andrew Reeves as its first senior vice president and general manager of Gravie ICHRA. Reeves will leverage Gravie’s leader ship in the ICHRA space to expand into key markets across the country. Reeves also will oversee efforts to improve the ICHRA experience for employers and employees
