Arcoleo holds a B.A. from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. A semi-retired sports car racer, he enjoys watching Formula 1 and driving his own car on dedicated track days.

Swanson’s professional experience, which spans nearly 25 years, includes working as senior account manager at Woodruff Saw yer and benefits consultant at a regional employee benefits brokerage firm before it was acquired by Risk Strategies. She established a solid background in human resources earlier in her career, serving in leadership positions at various companies including Trinchero Family Estates, Harbor Plastics and Ford Motor Company. In her new role as benefits consultant at Lockton, she will be respon sible for leading client relationships and service, while supporting business growth in the region. Pizano joins as a benefits specialist to support the Sonoma team in benefits plan administration, including data collection and analysis, utilization reports, financial re porting, annual open enrollments, employee plan design and communication. She brings more than 13 years of experience overseeing human resources and employee benefits at various companies, including Sonoma’s Best Hospitality Group, Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards and Freixenet Mionetto. AmeriHealth Caritas has appointed David Finkel as executive vice president, specialty products and services and strategic business operations. An accomplished healthcare
executive with more than 30 years of experience with payers, providers and technology companies, Finkel will oversee AmeriHealth Caritas’ non-Medicaid businesses which include PerformCare managed behavioral health, PerformRx pharmacy benefit management, Ameri Health Caritas VIP Plans Medicare products and AmeriHealth Caritas Next, an ACA Marketplace offering. He will also lead the company’s enterprise operations and network management areas. Finkel joins AmeriHealth Caritas from Genomic Life, where he served as the chief operating officer.
