BETTER HEALTH EXPANDS CARE TO MORE PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS Better Health, a nationwide chronic condition support and medical supply provider, is now in-network for Medi care Advantage customers of Cigna. Cigna MA customers living with chronic conditions will now have access to Better Health’s services and medical supply offerings. Better Health offers comprehensive chronic condition care by bundling home delivery of medical supplies, insurance management, peer support and patient education. With this new agreement, more than 540,000 Cigna MA customers can make use of Better Health’s offerings, which includes the ability to receive peer coaching and purchase ostomy, urol ogy, incontinence, wound care, and diabetes supplies. “Identifying the unique needs of people with chronic conditions who are dependent on medical supplies, we modernized the entire process of discovering, choosing, and receiving medical supplies and care. We educate, coach, and support our members while helping them save costs along the way. We share a passion for improving the lives of others and this collaboration will allow us to continue transforming health care for chronic conditions,” said Better Health Co-founder and CEO Naama Stauber Breckler. Better Health currently operates in 46 states, and its services are covered by insurance for more than 185 million lives across the country.
