PEOPLE ON THE MOVE Christopher Vander wolk has joined Savoy as senior vice president, employer services and compliance. In this role, Vanderwolk will lead Savoy’s Employer Services and Compli ance Team and serve as an integral

with clients across a broad range of industries and disciplines. Prior to joining Alliant, Giblin was president within the San Diego and Orange County offices of a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Giblin’s widespread recognitions include Busi ness Insurance’s Women to Watch, San Diego Business Journal’s SD500 Most Influential People, San Diego Business Journal’s Businesswoman of the Year, Human Resource Executive’s Top Ben efits Consultants and Risk & Insurance’s Power Broker. Tim Olson has also joined Alliant as vice president within its Employee Benefits Group. In this role, he will focus on cre ating holistic processes that add lasting value and provide long-term support to a diverse client base. Based in Denver, Colorado, Olson has more than 15 years of experience in the benefits indus try that includes helping businesses maximize the potential of their human capital. Prior to joining Alliant, Olson was a producer with a national insurance bro kerage and consulting firm. Before his insurance career, he played professional baseball with the Arizona Diamond backs, Colorado Rockies, Texas Rangers and Toronto Blue Jays. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Finally, Rich Wilson joins Alliant as senior vice president within its Employ ee Benefits Group. Based in Houston, Wilson has more than 30 years of experience in individual and group ben efits and will serve a diverse portfolio of clients. Prior to joining Alliant, Wilson over saw employee benefits sales with a national employee benefits consult ing firm. He has studied at Galveston College, College of the Mainland and Chadwick University.

Vanderwolk has more than 15 years of experience in the benefits industry, concentrating exclusively on bro ker-focused consultation and client engagement. Prior to joining Savoy, Vanderwolk served as vice president of strategy and business development for gente, where he led sales and compli ance for the TPA function. Vanderwolk has been an active member of the NABIP – New Jersey since 2010 and served as the president for the Central New Jersey Chapter in 2017-18. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Thomas Edison State University and holds Health Care Compliance certification from Seton Hall University School of Law and Cer tified Employee Benefit Specialist cer tification. Vanderwolk is a Juris Doctor (JD) candidate at Seton Hall University School of Law (May 2023). Alliant has hired Sallie Giblin as execu tive vice president within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in San Diego, Giblin will design and implement comprehensive benefits solutions for a diverse base of clients on the West Coast as well as nationally and globally, working to help organizations enhance employee well-being and drive down healthcare spending.
