TOM HARTE AND DAVE MORDO RECEIVE NABIP’S HIGHEST HONOR
A t NABIP’s Annual Convention in New Orleans, the association honored Thomas Harte and David Mordo as recipients of the Harold R. Gordon Memorial Award. Awarded annually to the industry’s Person of the Year, the Gordon Award is NABIP’s highest honor. His professionalism and knowledge of the issues clearly help shape federal regulators decisions on many issues. Besides advocating for our industry, Tom has been a huge supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. His willingness to host fund-raising events in support of the Foundation has made a profound impact in the lives of many children. Tom Harte is a lead by example leader of this great federation and an inspiration to all who know him.” —Mike Gray “I have known Tom for many years through various nation al committees and executive board positions.
