There is a lot pride inside this community for MacArthur football. I’m trying to grow that pride inside the locker room. I’m happy to be here and the kids are taking the coaching. They are starting to get aligned and are buying in. We are not going to lower the standard for anyone. We are going to rise up and things are trending that way. I see it in their eyes... the shift.
