One of the biggest things in year one with the team was to lay the foundation and get those fundamentals out there to make sure the kids understand what we’re trying to accomplish. There’s still going to be some hardships we’ll need to endure and correct. But our mantra last year was ‘bit by bit’ – building it up from the ground.
