NPS Rent Assurance is the originator of Rent From Payroll and the only rent from payroll direct deposit platform providing the multifamily industry with a proven solution to significantly reduce delinquency and bad debt and increase conversion rates. The company’s simple, ‘hands-off’ program receives payroll direct deposits from a resident’s employer each pay period to assure on time and in-full rent payments throughout the life of the lease. ACCOUNT SET-UP For Property Companies – Complimentary analysis of application data across a portfolio is used to determine best targeting of rent from payroll strategies in conjunction with lease offers. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete including review of deployment recommendations. Linking with most major enterprise systems is turn-key. Staff support is streamlined through our state-of-the-art web portal and professional client service team. For Prospective Residents – Enrollment in rent from payroll is linked to lease offer terms and automated via email invitations for resident participation. Residents are provided with secure 24/7 online access to their rent budgeting accounts via rent from payroll.
