Submitting Your Order Once you have added items to your shopping cart using Order Entry, Browse, Search or Re­ curring Orders, use these steps to submit the order: 1. Start by navigating to the Order screen and selecting the Shopping Cart tab. 2. Locate your order in the Shopping Cart list and click on the name of the vendor in the Vendor column to see the contents of your cart. Note: If you haveordered items from more than one vendor, your order will be bro­ ken into a separate cart for each vendor. 3. At this point, you can make a few edits: clicking on the � in the Actions column. If you make any edits, be certain that you click on the�button to save the changes. 4. Once you are ready to send the order, click on the I s,om, I button. 5. You will be brought to the Order Confirma­ tion screen. You will be given one more op­ portunity to make edits, as listed above. Note: some vendors also allow you to select a rush order or delivery date from this screen. Click on � to submit the order. At this point, your order will either be submitted for approval or to the vendor, based on business rules. You can check the status of an order in the Transactions tab. Search Use this method ifyou want to search using key words or other parameters tofind items. 1. Start by navigating to the Order screen and selecting the Search tab. 2. Based on the information that you have, enter criteria in either the Item Number, Client Product Code or Key Words search boxes. Note: it is not suggested that you enter information in more than one of those fields per search as it could limit your search results. 3. If you would like your search to be more specific, choose from a variety of Search Criteria Options. Note: You can choose as few or asmany as you would like. 4. Once you have entered all of your criteria, click on the I searcll I button. 5. Your results will be displayed in the Search Results section at the bottom of the screen. 6. You can enter products found in the search into your Shopping Cart simply by entering a quantity in the Quantity field on the right and clicking I M

Recurring Orders Use this method ifyou saved routine orders to quickly order products you need on a reg­ ular basis. This method is available ifyou have previously set up a Recurring Order. 1. Start by navigating to the Order screen and selecting the Recurring Orders tab. 2. Click on the name of the Recurring Order that you wish to order products from. 3. Enter the quantities of the items that you wish to order. If there is an item in the or­ der that you do not want to order, change the quantity to "0". 4. At this point, you can also make a few edits:

Update the quantities of the items Change the GL code (if permitted) Add a note for the order approve by clicking on the {; in the Actions col­ umn.

5. Once you have entered all of your quanti­ ties, click on the I AddToc,rt I button. See Sub­ mitting Your Order on the right to continue. Quick Tip: Theeasiest way to create a new rou­ tine order is to start with aShopping Cart of products ond click thP Is,,.11sI button.
