Electromagnetic Door Holders Ruggedly constructed and attractively designed two-part assembly with brushed zinc housing. Perfect for use with stairwell doors, room doors, exit doors or wherever instant closing of a door is necessary for safety or convenience. Can be configured to close any number of doors at the same time (additional hardware is required). Can be operated in conjunction with automatic fire alarm or sprinkler system, or with manual control. Wall units are available in flush or surface mounted versions. Swivel contact plate adjusts to any door angle using a nylon shock absorbing swivel ball.
