(1) These columns reflect the estimated future payouts at the time these awards were granted under the SVA Cash Incentive Plan, based on the base salaries that become effective on April 1, 2014. No amounts were earned under these awards based on performance during fiscal year 2014. (2) These columns show the range of potential payouts for the PSUs that we described in the section titled “The Elements of Total Compensation – Long‐Term Incentives” in the Compensation Discussion and Analysis. The number of PSUs that are earned, if any, will be based on performance for fiscal years 2014 to 2016 and will be determined after the end of fiscal year 2016. (3) The amounts shown in this column reflect the number of RSUs we granted to each NEO pursuant to our 2013 Equity Incentive Plan.
