Workshop will include a discus sion of techniques and recipe ideas. T 6/16, 6 p.m. Red Foods, Memory & Meaning: A Cultural Foodways Talk for Juneteenth Ages 12+ Chef Josmine of Indigo Culinary Company explores red foods’ cultural and historical role in Black food ways across the African diaspora, highlighting Juneteenth, tradition, seasonality, spirituality, and food as living memory.
