Human Library Ages 18+ The Sterling Heights CommUNITY Alliance is hosting an event to foster understanding and kindness through one-on-one conversations with diverse backgrounds. Attend ees can engage in meaningful dis cussions with “human books” who share their unique life experiences. W 4/8, 6 p.m. Cookie Decorating 101 Ages 13+ Join us to see how fun and easy it can be to decorate delicious sugar cookies. Everything included: cook ies, icing, decorations, tools. Learn outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet drag techniques. Gluten-free, vegan options available upon request. SAT 3/7, 10 a.m. Senior Scams Workshop Ages18+ Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido discusses ways in which seniors and their families can prevent being scammed. This presentation also includes information on guardianship, choosing a nursing home, your rights in a nursing home, and wills. TH 3/12, 10:30 a.m.
