The R-Calf Annual National Convention is setting up in Deadwood, SD this year. Look for the Tradeshow, speakers, Silent and Live Auction, and the Banquet. All you need to know is at www.r-calfusa.com. The Crooked River Roundup is a celebration of the Crook County (Cowboy Capital of Oregon) Western heritage and lifestyle. Held annually at the Crook County Fairgrounds in Prineville, OR the rodeo is PRCA-sanctioned and is an iconic part of the fabric of the Prineville community. See the details at www.crookedriverroundup.com. Kids these days. The 2025 National Junior Angus Show is going by ‘ Moovin’ Down Route 66 ’ and we like it. This lively event will impact Tulsa, OK for a number of days and it’s not for the lightweights. Check this out – they are having an Extemporaneous Public Speaking Contest. All the news is at www.njas.info. Gunnison, CO Cattlemen’s Days just hit their 125th year, featuring a PRCA rodeo. This is the longest running rodeo in Colorado and the 4th longest in the country. Check it out at www.cattlemensdays.com. The inaugural Rawhide Ranch Rodeo , known as “The World’s Richest Ranch Rodeo”, is your go-to at the Niobrara County Fairgrounds in Lusk, WY. This is a two-day event where teams will compete for a wide range of high-quality prizes and money. 100% of the entry money will be paid back to contestants! Check it all out at www.rawhideranchrodeo.com. The “All American” National Junior Brahman Show has Bryan, TX working hard to get ready. The event consists of leadership contests, showmanship competition, and cattle exhibition where youth have the opportunity to exhibit both bulls and females in their respective divisions.
