raised goes to pay for scholarships to put ranch kids through college and to help ranch families in times of crisis. The Youth World Championship Ranch Rodeo took place on Saturday afternoon. Twelve teams earned the honor to compete for the youth world cham pion title. They compete in five events, branding, sorting, doctoring, trailer loading, and wild steer race. Their ages ranged from six years old to seventeen years old.
