You’re reading that right… $2,063.11 per head for 438 weights and $1,845.12 per head for 372 weights. I may need to take up rawhide braiding to calm myself down from this. ADIOS DR. MILLER Respected veterinarian, cartoonist and prolific feature writer of all things equine, Dr. Robert Miller, crossed the Great Divide this past November. He was a good friend of WR magazine; we ran his cartoons in our earliest eNews letters, and I always enjoyed picking out the next one to run. I must have chuckled at over two hundred of his ‘toons over the years. My least faded memory of his extensive and lasting contribution to the equine world was his development of foal imprinting, a methodology that impressed me as a logical strategy to mitigate those potentially explosive first rides. God Bless you Doc, we’ll catch up to you on the other side.
