As part of our Smart Advantage Purchasing Program, Buyers Access offers a complete commerce automation and reporting solution with intelligent direction and feedback for procurement decisions. Our clients have the flexibility to establish an order using 4 methods; Browse, Search, Order Entry and Recurring Orders. Browse – The user is provided a list of vendors with various categories under each vendor. Just like reviewing items in a catalog, they can click on an item and review details to select an item that meets their needs. Once they find the item they are looking for, they enter a quantity and add it to their Shopping Cart. Search – If a user is looking for a specific item, they can use the Search function. This allows them to enter criteria such as item number, vendor, etc. to locate the item. Once they submit their Search criteria, items are displayed. They can then review the item details, enter a quantity and add the item to their Shopping Cart. Order Entry – If a user knows the item numbers that they are going to order, they can simply type the item numbers into the Order Entry form to add them to their shopping list. The Order Entry form validates the item number as an item is added. Recurring Orders – If a user orders specific items on a regular basis, they can set up a Recurring Order to quickly order those items. When they are ready to order, they simply go to their Recurring Order and enter the quantities that they would like to order. Review and Submit Orders Once a user has placed items into their Shopping Cart and are ready to check out, they can review their order in the Shopping Cart.
