Reflecting on the 2021-2022 school year fills me with extraordinary pride. Time and time again as an educator, I find my own life enriched from the students we teach at St. Pius X High School. It has been inspiring to watch these young men and women embody integrity, sportsmanship, discipline, and commitment both in the classroom and on the field. Simply put, they are Veritas in action. St. Pius X High School values the vital role that athletics play in enhancing a college-preparatory education, and we are proud to offer a myriad of opportunities for students, both men and women, to participate in – rugby, swim, sports medicine, lacrosse, and much more. Despite coming out of an unusual season of pandemic related protocols, our athletic programs have not missed a beat. SPX student-athletes have continued to demonstrate resilience and discipline as they build confidence and maximize their potential in the sports of their choosing.

Our athletes directly benefit from the dedication of our community – it cannot go amiss that what is accomplished in our classrooms and during our sporting events every day is a testament to the combined efforts of many--the talent and heart of our faculty and staff, the tireless support of families, the loud, passionate cheers of our alumni and the arduous work of our SPX Booster Club. It is because of our efforts together that we can watch our students take on the world – and succeed. To each one of you who has cheered from the stands, shown support during an athletic fundraiser, or carpooled your student (and possibly others) for many a late-night game – thank you!
