SO MUCH HAPPENS INSIDE THE SCHOOL HALLWAYS OVER THE YEAR, THAT IMPORTANT NEWS AND NOTES GET OVERLOOKED. THAT ’S THE CASE AT FRASSATI CATHOLIC, WHICH HAD A HISTORICALLY SUCCESSFUL 202 1-22 SCHOOL YEAR, SO LET ’S CATCH EVERYONE UP. HERE’S “THE SCOOP” AT FRASSATI.

F A L C O N S G O I N D E P E N D E N T F O O T B A L L The Falcon football program is on the rise, but it is a strategic build out . Frassati will play an independent schedule the nex t two years. The Falcons played in TAPPS Division I District 4 last year, but will get a rebooted schedule through 2024. The slate this season includes the likes of Cristo Rey Jesuit , Legacy Prep, KIPP, Rosehill Christian and All Saints to name a few. The Falcons will be adding a JV team and more coaches to continue growing the football movement at Frassati. The ground breaking for their new stadium will take place in late 2022 . S T A T E B L I N G Frassati had a historic 2021-22 athletic year, winning State medals in golf, track and swim. Zamari Bruce earned State silver in the 300-meter hurdles and bronze in the 110-meter hurdles to wrap up a stellar career. The girls swim team flexed in 2022 . The girls 200-meter freestyle relay team of Kathryn Vieceli , Jimena de la Maza, Alison Voisin and Anna Lackner won gold at TAPPS State. Vieceli also won silver in the 100-meter freestyle and bronze in the 50-meter freestyle. On the golf course, Ellie Fincher won bronze at the TAPPS State Tournament .
