Guy Takes Over Program that Placed Second at State CHEERLEADING

2023-24 CLHS CHEERLEADING SQUAD

AFTER ANOTHER YEAR OF HYPING UP CROWDS, THE CONCORDIA LUTHERAN CHEER SQUAD TRAVELED TO THE CADENCE BANK CENTER IN BELTON TO COMPETE IN THE TAPPS CHEERLEADING STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. By the end of December’s competition, the Crusaders were ultimately named the state runner-up in Class 6A, finishing with a superior score of 93.28. A great group of 5 seniors including Brooke Smith, Natalee Nettuno, Caitlyn Robuck, Izzy Roblez, and Kilea Lermann provided great leadership for the squad that has finished in at least the Top 4 at State for the 6th consecutive season. As the team prepares for next season, coach Merry Lynn Guy will take over the reins of the program as they continue setting the standard for CLHS Cheer.
