IN HER FIRST YEAR BACK WITH THE PROGRAM, COACH KIM ODINGA HELPED TO RE-ESTABLISH CONCORDIA LUTHERAN AS A TITLE-CONTENDER. The Crusaders were a force to be reckoned with on the private school scene, having ended the year with a composite record of 38-13, which included a trip to the TAPPS-6A state tournament – their ninth appearance over the last ten seasons. CLHS featured a laundry list of college-commits, namely Anna Blaine (Texas State), Carmen Harless (Dallas Baptist), Rylee Henderson (West Georgia), and Carleigh Schluter (Sam Houston State). Additionally, their prolific offense was led by Haley Herndon and Kinzie Riley, who were both recognized on the state level. While there will be several key pieces graduating over the offseason, the future should still remain bright with Imerie Jones, alongside the aforementioned Herndon, Riley, and Schluter playing a bigger role next Fall.
