Paper Mill Breaks Ground on Billion Dollar Expansion

Baker Hughes to Acquire Continental Disc Corporation Baker Hughes announced it has agreed to acquire Continental Disc Corporation (CDC), a provider of safety-critical pressure manage ment solutions, from investment partnerships managed by Tinicum Incorporated in an all-cash trans The multiyear project will signi - cantly enhance the infrastructure of the mill and underscore the compa ny’s commitment to sustainable prac tices and operational e ciency.
