• Page Range: Opens a dialog that lets you change the starting page number of your document, as well as modify the number of pages in your file. • Color Information: Opens the Color Information dialog to assign color specifications to your pages. • Margins/Columns: Opens the Margins and Columns modal window, which allows you to set your left, right, top and bottom margins, as well as the gutter. • Create Guides: Opens the InDesign Create Guides modal window, which allows you to choose how many rows and columns you want on the page. • Paragraph Styles: Brings up the Paragraph Styles palette when working with type. • Character Styles: Brings up the Character Styles palette when working with type. • File Builder: Opens the File Builder plug-in to break-up multi-page documents. • Portrait Center: Allows you to build portrait pages to your specifications and flow your high-resolution images. • Index : Gives you the opportunity to upload a master list on first use, or you can wait until your portrait data is available and base your index upon it. • Style Index : Allows you to customize the design of your index pages by the number of columns and images on the page and layout. • PDF Builder: Allows you to create acceptable PDF documents for submission to Walsworth. • Hide Guides: Hides any guides appearing on the page. • Spelling: Launches the InDesign spell-check. • Align: Opens the InDesign Align panel, which is used to align objects. • Pathfinder: Opens the InDesign Pathfinder palette, which can be used to combine objects into compound shapes.
