Kirsten Pfeiffer has rejoined McAfee & Taft as an associate. Her practice focuses on the resolution of complex business and commer cial disputes in state and federal courts, mediations and arbitra tion proceedings. As a litigator, Ms. Pfeiffer represents insurers in claims and coverage disputes, defends manufacturers and distributors in product liability litigation and represents both indi viduals and companies in a broad

white-collar crime coordinator for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and civil rights and human traf ficking coordinator for all federal districts in Oklahoma. He was promoted to violent crimes team leader and lead homicide prose cutor for the Northern District of Oklahoma, serving as first chair in numerous jury trials, includ ing multiple complex first-degree murder cases. He received his J.D. from the TU College of Law. KUDOS Joe E.
