DISTRICT 18 ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY Location: Pittsburg County (McAlester, OK) and Haskell County (Stigler, OK) Status: Full-time, Immediate Opening Salary: $60,000 or more, commensurate with experience Summary: The 18th Prosecutorial District for Pittsburg and Haskell Counties is seeking a full-time Assistant District Attorney for the Pittsburg County Office in McAlester to begin immediately. The McAlester Office at full capacity is a four-attorney office with 11 support staff. Caseload assignments will primarily be general felonies, violent crimes, and property crimes, as well as the criminal misdemeanor and traffic dockets, and is subject to change based on caseload and applicant’s interest and experience. Prior prosecutorial experience is preferred but not required.
