The First Hundred Years: Clearwater Yacht Club, 1911-2011

yachting program by organizing landside activities for race participants, selling t-shirts and other regatta souvenirs, serving coffee and donuts, and providing appetizers for regattas. The Gulls also organize an annual Breakfast with Santa (always a big hit with the little ones), created and maintain the Memory Garden that honors members who have “crossed the bar,” and contribute to the whole community through their “Toys for Tots” event. They also take time out to have some fun. Once a month, they host a luncheon accompanied by interesting speakers, entertainment or fashion shows, and they organize excursions to places around the area.
