Before the undersigned authority personally appeared Lowe Emerson who being first duly sworn says that he is one of the subscribers to the foregoing articles of association of the Clearwater Yacht Club, and that he acknowledges the execution of the foregoing articles, and further says that it is intended in good faith to carry out the purpose and objects set forth therein.
