Having joined the staff in 1994, Jan is CYC’s most tenured employee. Jan was born and grew up in Painesville, Ohio, and moved to the Clearwater area in the 1980s. Jan has many years of experience in the restaurant business and, in addition to supervising the operation of the dining room, she pitches in behind the bar. Jan has been helping to serve the thirsty sailors at CYC regattas for many, many years and is known around the state as the “free drink lady.” When she’s not working hard to keep everyone fed at CYC, Jan enjoys arts and crafts and going to the beach.
