We are really strong in our relays and mid-distance right now. We are working to rebuild and develop some young athletes on the sprint side. For now, our goal is to compete in the district and really celebrate our personal bests. That is the culture of our program here. Whether you are our No. 5 runner or headed to State, we want to challenge each individual to reach those personal bests. “
