Why I Sing

I have learned from the website of Sweet Adelines International Tokyo Chorus that there was a very unique chorus called barbershop 12 years ago. Since it was an interesting and exciting choral style for me, I joined Tokyo Chorus immediately. After that I was so lucky to meet great mentors in SA to learn barbershop arranging. Thanks to them I was able to be the first Japanese Certified Music Arranger (CMA) last year! That was very happy and remarkable thing in my life . —Takako Fuke, Satellite Area #30, member since 2007
