SOCCER

Both Memorial teams proved to be formidable opponents this season. The girls’ team (15-7-3), which featured All Region selections Logan Patterson and Adelhia Ghonda, finished third in the district before going two rounds deep in the playoffs. The boys had a nearly identical performance (14-7-3), ending up in the No. 2 spot with several of their top players leading the Mustangs to a playoff appearance.

SWIMMING & DIVING

The Memorial Mustangs swimming and diving team had a tremendous year in the pool. Two swimmers reached the State Meet in Kassidy Kitchel in the 100-yard butterfly and Oliver Grossman in the 100-yard backstroke. The boys team was the District 17-6A Champion.
