The proposed project will take place on the ninth block of Main Street in Joplin, Missouri. The addresses are: 906 Main Street, 912 Main Street, and 914 Main Street. With the new construction, DeGraff plans to build two buildings with a large courtyard where people can gather in between. Each building will have two commercial spaces on the street/main level floor, and three residential loft apartments on the second/top floor.
