Beadle said these are exciting days for lamb producers as consumers are more willing than ever to try new proteins after supply shortages and stay-at-home orders during the COVID-19 pandemic opened a lot of doors for the lean protein. "You and your family's stories are so critical to showing people how their food is produced," Beadle said.
