THE AMERICAN LAMB BOARD PARTNERED WITH HOMEMADE, AMERICA'S LARGEST COOKING SCHOOL, IN 2024 TO DEVELOP UNIQUE AMERICAN LAMB RECIPES AND CONTENT.

Homemade’s head chef, Joel Gamoran, stands out as a versatile culinary powerhouse, blending live shows, interactive cooking classes, and captivating social media content. The 2024 Homemade partnership included: ■ 44 seasonal videos featuring American Lamb, which were posted to social media channels and the American Lamb website. ■ 44 seasonal recipes made exclusively for ALB. ■ 11 Homemade virtual classes hosted by professional chefs to teach consumers how to prepare American Lamb dishes at home. ■ 5 recipe spotlights on the new PBS show where Chef Joel Gamoran cooks delicious meals with celebrity chefs. ■ 4 holiday videos detailing classic ways to prepare American lamb for the holidays. ■ A live event in Seattle where 40 local consumers joined a butchery demo and dinned on American Lamb.
