The 103rd Assembly of Delegates will take place November 16-17, 2023 at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia. Delegates will elect next year’s officers and set the legislative agenda for the association. Attendees will enjoy free professional development opportunities with workshops organized by LearningForward-MO as High-Quality Professional Learning. In addition to completing the official business of the association and attending workshops, attendees can look forward to socializing and connecting with fellow members.

Section 2 . The text of a proposed amendment must be presented to MSTA’s Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer at least 60 days before the planned Delegate Assembly meeting vote on that proposal. MSTA must publish print on the website in an official publication that is sent to all members at least 30 days before that Delegate Assembly meeting, published in the annual meeting official program, and is read to Delegates before the vote.

Rationale: This brings our language up to current practices of the association.
