Employeesmustbe trained to recognize thenew formats forSDSand container labelsby December 1,2013. Employers,distributors,andmanufacturersmust complywithallprovisions of the final rule for labelingand data sheetsby June 1,2015. By December1,2015, all containersbeing shippedmust complywithnew labeling requirements.
