Mark Carelli, a longtime Maplewood resident and business owner, proudly announces the relaunch of his coworking space under the new name, Maplewood Cowork. Located in the Maplewood Lofts building at 1585 Springfield Avenue, this revamped facility continues to offer a fantastic “work away from home” option for locals. Carelli, who originally built the coworking space in 2023, brings extensive knowledge as the principal of Mark S. Carelli Architect LLC. “I’ve been involved with this coworking space since its inception,” Carelli says. “It’s a beautiful space filled with impressive technology and a wonderful community of locals who enjoy working in a professional setting.” Residents have embraced the convenience of working nearby, especially as commuting to the city becomes less frequent. Most amenities from the previous operation remain, ensuring continuity for members.
