FROM THE DOCTOR MINDING YOUR POSTURE Working on your feet all day can be taxing, affecting you from head to toe. You support your entire weight while squatting, stretching, and bending, which may leave you sore in your neck, shoulders, and lower back. Your legs might feel exhausted, and your feet may throb.
