LA BELLE ET LA BETE The Maplewood Strollers, the resident theater company of The Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts in Maplewood, is thrilled to present an original world-premiere musical, ‘La Belle et la Bete.’ Based on the original French fable of ‘Beauty and the Beast,’ come and be transported to a magical and gripping realm of love and song! Showtimes are Friday, Saturday and Sunday May 11 -13 and May 18- 20 at 8 pm. There are matinee performances Sunday, May 14th and 21st at 3 pm. All shows take place at the Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts, 10 Durand Road in Maplewood. The May 18 performance will have ALS interpreters, and the May 14th Mother’s Day showing offers a preshow tea with entertainment and delicious nibbles.
