If you’re anything at all like me you’re over all this cold and day-dreaming about those warm summer days…and maybe a bathing suit or 2. I’m thinking lots of fresh fruit, cold vodka and good vibrations. Let’s smash up a good old-fashioned Punch, shan’t we?! Grab your favorite lemon

vodka and a bottle of Pimm’s, aaand some sunglasses and get ready to be transported somewhere with sunny skies. Cheers guys, see you at the beach!

1. Gather the ingredients 2. Muddle fruits and veggies in Mason Jar 3. Fill Mason Jar with Ice INGREDIENTS: 1.50 ounce Pimm’s No.1 1.00 ounce Lemon Vodka 2 cucumber slices

2 strawberries 2 lemon wedges Top with Ginger Beer

4. Pour Pimm’s & Lemon Vodka over ice 5. Top with Ginger Beer 6. Remove sunglasses
