included the chain lay, where a chain is laid on the ground in front of a 2-by-4 foot box with the team hooked to the far end of the chain. Then, by backing over the box and then going forward, the teamster attempts to deposit the entire chain into the box in as few moves as possible and as quickly as possible.

T he Lyndon Farm team competition offered a variety of classes to competitors that tested their abilities to drive their teams with speed and precision. Classes included Feed Team Challenge, Precision Pull/Stop, Precision Turning, Obstacle Course and Log Pull. A new class added this year
