Tell me about LIG Solutions and the services it offers. LIG Solutions is a national insurance broker that specializes in health coverage benefits. LIG was founded in 2009 by our CEO Jason Farro, who had grown up in the health insurance industry. Jason’s family had owned a brokerage, and after college, he worked for a few carriers before eventually returning to the family business. Just around that time, the Affordable Care Act was becoming a reality. He knew people would need help navigating the new health insurance landscape, and that was the genesis of what is now LIG Solutions. Nearly 11 years later, we have grown to become a national brokerage. Informally, LIG had been helping associations find coverage for their members for quite a while, especially organizations that included a lot of independent contractors and self- employed individuals.

About three years ago, I came onboard, and my professional background is in the association world. I’ve worked for and with associations throughout my career. Basically, Jason wanted to formalize this plan for trade associations. I brought a lot of the experiences I had from the association world, and fromworking with members and building membership programs. This was coupled with what Jason and his company had already been doing – and here we are today with more than 60 association partners, including the Coin Laundry Association, and a number of other affinity groups that we work with to provide real health coverage options. Please explain the program you’re currently offering CLAmembers. The program is centered on individual health coverage. It’s not a group plan. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Everything
