In 2022, Phoenix CDS ended homelessness for 485 people Phoenix CDS opened the 24-unit Madison Apts II Phoenix CDS acquired a grant to serve youth ages 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness We are developing Workforce Development Center and Social Enterprise Café to help our consumers become employed WHAT WE DO Phoenix CDS helps those who are experiencing homelessness secure permanent, supportive housing and provide individually tailored supportive services to achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency. We serve four counties: Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, and Fulton
