Peoria Promise is 100% donor funded No City, State, Federal tax funding is received 92% of our students complete course work, enter the workforce or transfer to complete a 4-year program Top career paths are Healthcare, Education, Engineering, Technology, Community Service, Trades and Business WHAT WE DO Peoria Promise is a tuition reimbursement program available to city of Peoria AND West Peoria high school graduates to attend Illinois Central College A minimum of 4 years residency, graduate from high school qualifies students for this program. This is not a loan. No GPA or SAT requirements.
